All of the other competing brands, including Breakstone, are watery and soupy. However, Biltmore is simply outstanding. I knew from the moment I removed the lid that I had found what I've been searching for. This is the way cottage cheese ought to be!

Trauth nu-trish a/B

Thank you so much for this wonderful product. I have known about the wonderful benefits of a diet which includes live active yogurt cultures for years. My husband has Crohn’s disease. He hates and refuses to eat yogurt. I have tried acidophilous pills and he forgets to take them. He LOVES milk and so this is a great way to get benefit of the active live cultures that could help his digestive system. I don’t have to nag him!! Also, the infusions he receives to treat the Crohn’s lower his immune system so when I heard that your milk could raise his immune system I was hooked. $3.49 a gallon is not too high a price to pay for the possibility of better health for my WHOLE family. It is great tasting and is good for us.

I hope this product sticks around for a long time and does what it says.

Daughter loves Trauth Milk

My one year old daughter refused to drink Milk, then we tried Trauth. She loves it! If I give her any other brand milk she spits it out! I was just on your web site to determine if you do something different with your Milk that makes her like it so much. I guess it is just the good quality! Loves Trauth Milk

I am 56 years old, love milk, and my whole life I have been buying Kroger Milk or whatever was on sale. Then I began shopping at Mt. Airy IGA and needed some milk (I drink Skim milk) so I picked up a small carton of your skim milk. Now I always thought that milk was milk. But not yours. I have been buying Louis Trauth milk for the past six months now and I don't know why yours is so good, but there is a world of taste difference in yours. I would never buy another brand again.

I don't know what your secret is but I can taste something I never tasted before in your milk and will continue to buy it.

Fantastic Cottage Cheese

I was recently in Cincinnati and purchased your cottage cheese. It is FANTASTIC!!!!! I'm super-picky about cottage cheese, and haven't found one I liked since the local dairy in Michigan was bought out 7 years ago and changed their process.

I really really love your product, now I just have to figure out how to conveniently get more of it!

Absolutely the Best Buttermilk

Just a little note to let you know I had been looking around for your wonderful buttermilk for over a year since you stopped delivering to my gasoline station in New Carlisle, Ohio. I had been dreaming about your buttermilk. It is absolutely the best. I sip it like most people sip fine wine. Finally found your buttermilk at a Dollar General store in Huber Heights, Ohio.
