Now for the crowning touch to a meal—dessert!
Bev's Double Chocolate Chip Frosting
Stir up my “Delicious Chocolate Cake” from The Best of Beverly
or a chocolate cake of your choice. Then for the most heavenly frosting:
Melt a 12 ounce package of chocolate chips (I like Ghirardelli double chocolate chips),
let cool slightly and then stir in 2 cups of Trauth Dairy Sour Cream and a pinch of cinnamon,
refrigerate frosting if it's soft, then spread on cooled cake.
