Louis Trauth Dairy’s products are processed locally here
in Newport, Kentucky.
 Trauth
Dairy uses raw milk from local and regional dairy farms. All raw
milk coming into our plant is tested in our state-certified lab
for such things as antibiotics, penicillin, bacteria counts and
off-odors such as onions, etc. before any product is accepted and
unloaded. Our standards are actually more stringent than what is
required by the state health department’s milk
control branch.
We strive daily to give you the consumer every confidence that
we are producing the best dairy products possible. |
