Louis Trauth Dairy’s products are processed locally here
in Newport, Kentucky.
 Trauth
Dairy uses raw milk from local and regional dairy farms which are
hand-picked by Trauth Dairy’s raw milk procurement people.
Additionally, all products coming into our plant are tested in
our state-certified lab for such things as antibiotics, penicillin,
bacteria counts and off-odors such as onions, etc. before any product
is accepted and unloaded. Our standards are actually more stringent
than what is required by the state health department’s milk
control branch.
We strive daily to give you the consumer every confidence that
we are producing the best dairy products possible. |
